1. Appointments & Cancellations:
- Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email and/or Please review this confirmation carefully.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: We understand that schedules can change. We request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
- No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in a refusal of future appointments.
- Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on stylist availability.
- Consultations: We offer consultations to discuss your hair goals and determine the best course of action. Consultations may be complimentary or have a fee, which will be communicated beforehand.
- Pricing: Prices for our services are listed on our website or our booking platform, Vagaro. Prices are starting points and will change based on the consultation and the final look requested.
- Service Guarantee: We strive for client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within seven days of your appointment. We will assess the situation and offer a solution, which may include a complimentary adjustment.
- Chemical Services: Chemical services such as coloring, perming, and relaxing carry inherent risks. We will take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction. However, we cannot guarantee specific results due to individual hair conditions and history. A patch test may be required before certain chemical services.
- Retail Products: Retail products purchased from Hair Gone Rogue may be exchanged or returned within seven days with proof of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express
- Gratuities: Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
- Service Fees: Additional fees may apply for services such as long hair, extra product usage, or corrective color work. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the service begins.
- Health Conditions: Please inform your stylist of any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your service.
- Personal Belongings: Hair Gone Rogue is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
- Children: For safety and comfort, children should be supervised at all times.
- Hair Gone Rogue is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from our services or products.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- While we take all sanitary precautions, we are not responsible for any contagions that may occur.
- We collect and use your personal information to provide our services and communicate with you. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- We may use photos or videos of your hair for promotional purposes with your consent.
- These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
- Hair Gone Rogue reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
